Quick answers

Can I try Rebound without a Bee?
Yes. Choose "Try the demo story" on the first screen, or Settings, then Demo. It plays a full day with sample data and sends nothing to our service.
How do I connect my Bee?
Rebound reads your Bee data through the Bee developer API and writes reminders back to your Bee. While Rebound is in early access, our team sets up that connection with you: send the form with "Connecting my Bee".
Why does Rebound ask for Apple Health?
To size your day: a lighter plan after a short night. It reads sleep, heart rate and heart-rate variability on your iPhone, and Rebound works if you say no.
A recap won't play.
Recap links are private and expire after a few hours. Leave Learn and come back so Rebound fetches a fresh link, then try Watch or Listen again.
How do I delete my data?
Send the form with "Delete my data", using the email on your Bee account. We delete your plans, quiz history and recaps and confirm by email. See also our privacy page.
